Terms & Conditions - Granite Marketing 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before engaging with Granite Marketing ("Agency"). By entering into a client agreement with Granite Marketing, you ("Client") acknowledge and accept these Terms.

1. No Long-Term Contracts:

Granite Marketing believes in the value and quality of our services. Therefore, we do not require long-term commitments from our clients.

You have the freedom to engage with us on a month-to-month basis.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee:

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with our services, you have the option to cancel your engagement with Granite Marketing

within the first 30 days, starting from the completion of the on-boarding process and activation of Facebook ads.

3. Refund Policy:

Upon cancellation within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund of your payments made to Granite Marketing, minus any set-up

costs incurred during the on-boarding process. The refund does not include the initial set-up fee.

4. On-boarding Process:

To initiate the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, the on-boarding process must be completed as scheduled. Failure to attend or engage

in the on-boarding process will result in the ineligibility for the refund under the satisfaction guarantee.

5. Refund Procedure:

To request a refund under the satisfaction guarantee, the Client must notify Granite Marketing in writing within the first 30 days.

Refund requests should be sent to [Your Company]. Granite Marketing will process the refund within a reasonable time frame, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

6. Termination:

If the Client chooses to cancel their engagement with Granite Marketing after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, regular

cancellation policies and terms of the agreement will apply.

7. Modifications:

Granite Marketing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the satisfaction guarantee policy at any time, at its sole

discretion. Any modifications will be communicated to the Client in writing.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [New Hampshire]. Any disputes arising out of

or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [New Hampshire].

By engaging with Granite Marketing, the Client acknowledges

that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
